On May 25, 2018, the GDPR — General Data Protection Regulation officially came into effect in the European Union. This effects all of our users and customers who reside in or offer events in any country within the European Union. However, we have applied all of the GDPR regulations across all Corsizio accounts to benefit all of our users across the world, and not just those in Europe.
Even though Corsizio was built with privacy by design from the start, and operates with the strictest level of privacy and security, we have made it even easier for you to control your data and help you to comply with your customers’ requests about their data with the following feature enhancements.
Delete Your Data or Your Customers’ Data
As a Corsizio user, you have the ability to:
- Delete your account easily from within your Corsizio Settings.
- Erase personal data from Corsizio by deleting your user login easily from within your Corsizio Settings, as part of your right to be forgotten.
- Erase personal data from registrations of your event attendees, if they request it, as part of their right to be forgotten.
